Working from home, nursing and gaining weight???? |
I started working 10 days ago from home, I am still nursing and out of the blue I become sooooo hungry...maybe 10 pounds extra in only ten days....Why???? how do i lose the weight? Limit your meals to smaller portions. Skip the junk food. Eat fruits and veggies. Drink plenty of water. |
