What do you do if?

I LOVE my job. I keep getting good offers from other hospitals, nursing homes, hospices. I want to be loyal to my current employer. How do I tell these other people I'm not going anywhere politely. I am a nurse and very marketable; but I'm not looking to change.

- If you keep your current job, that will show loyalty, that's very useful for if you ever need to find a new job. I would keep your current job, why start over. Staying where you are lets you gain seniority and keeps you closer to promotions and raises. you should stay where you are.

- Another thing to consider is on the TV show House, their boss sent fake job offers to test the loyalty of the employees.

just say that u like where ur working and ur going to stay

Just tell them in a cool and calm way, that your perfectly happy with your current job and that you don't have intentions of leaving and thank them for the offer.

Tell them you love where you are working, but that you will keep them in mind if you decide to leave someday.

Just tell them you are satisfied where you are.

Then be cool..dont anwer those offers..

Hey!
You just told a complete stranger now go out and tell them the same thing.
Nurse job available the 1st of July 2006.
Please send resume to your employement office located on the third floor at the hospital that you (were) presently working at.

and your complaint IS?

Tell them that the main value that nurse has to have is loyalty to the employer. That is why you want to keep working in the same place.
