Out of the number of international nurses in the UK, what is the number of Filipino nurses?

Approximately how many Filipino nurses are in the UK? Do they make up much of the British hospital staff? Are there many in London?

Too many, in as such as newly qualified staff are finding themselves unable to find jobs. However, in my experience, the majority of Filipino nurses are extremely competant and skilled. The downside is that often their limited English language skills means that the patients often feel they are unapproachable, and unempathetic.

As I understand it, a lot more foreign nurses are working in the private sector than working for the NHS.

Quite a few, and they are friendly. In case you get the chance, you may Go Ahead. You may find quite Good Numbers of Indian Nurses, they are equally help full and are friendly.
