Does anyone have a copy of Lazarus and Folkmans transactional model of coping? Please?

I am a nursing student writing an essay on Adjustment to health change or crisis and would like to use the above model but our libary does not have any books or journals etc with the full details of this model and I cannot get hold of a copy of the original
I would be gratful if anyone can help surely there is a copy on the web somewhere? Thank you
