Any doctors GP or obgyn gyn pa nurse please help?

i have to be in an emergeny visit in an hour i had a cyst errupt two days ago and another one this morning and then i got a fast scary heavy period which i just had one end about 7 days ago way to soon: is there anything else he needs to know he did a laprosocpy 3 months ago two remove a cyst (always on the left side) big as silver dollar,,, intercourse is very painfull im in so much pain right now,,,can he fix this today? what can i expect him to do today? i cant take this pain and i dont want him to think it's in my head on scale of 1-10 im going with a nine i can only type this because 800 motrin 1 norco and 1 valium I dont abuse my meds but they dont seem to be up to this rate of pain,,,anything he's going to want to know that i should bring period journal,,,anything please answer asap i have to leave in about 30 minutes it's 3:00pm in michigan thanks so much

Have you been checked for fibroids? Sometimes they cause that kind of bleeding, perhaps on your cervix. I hope you feel better soon...tell them everything. They can usually tell when you are faking it. Could you have been pregnant?
Most likely you will get an exam, and hopefully they will check for a cervical fibroid, then give you something to help stop the bleeding. They might do an ultra sound, to see how the cysts are doing Good luck !!

Proly exam & investigations (like ultrasound) will be enough for diagnosis. Don't worry.

I don't think a period journal would be of much help, but bring it anyway. Tell him everything about the bleeding (how it started, how strong is it, etc.) and the pain (where, how strong, which kind - stabbing, tearing, burning... -, if anything helps - besides the meds, a special position etc -, where it hurts most, if the pain moves/extends to any other part of the body, etc.) tell him if you feel signs of shock (dizziness, cold, clammy skin, general exhaustion, tiredness).
Tell him/her ANY ob/gyn disease or procedure you've had and if you have any serious illness.
In any case the doctor will try to detemine what is going on. If your bleeding is severe, (s)he will probably indicate an operation to stop the bleeding. However, I don't think this will be a simple visit - things will probably be done.

fribroids is best bet but will investigate for ovarian cyst again.tell him all the conditions dont hold back with the doc.
