I am looking for leadership problems that nurses cope within a ward? Where should I look for?

Could you suggest me any journals or books? Could you tell me your own experience? What are the problems arising from leadership that a nurse in a ward faces? Do they influece stuff motivation? Are they more concerned with organisational change? What are the factors that influence nurses more, as far as leadership is concerned?
