I am not exactly sure what you are asking, so let me give two answers b/c you're cute and planning to help others. there is an actual journal called veracity, and i will put the link below. second, there are such things as scientific or academic journals - they are considered to be closer to the truth than so for example a newspaper article. the main difference is that a peer reviewed journal needs to contain copious references, hypotheses, research questions, etc. and so it distinguishes itself from regular articles in that the standerd of proof is much higher. if you get your info from these journals - much higher chance your brain will be on the right path... concerning "xyz." that being said, one study does not a theory make. so a meta analysis is a better path to follow - many studies from several journals... in your field the NE Journal of Medicine is a biggie. links below
