Went On an Interview on Thursday, it went really well i was there an hour and half i met with the mgr?

and also the doctor who also interviewed me they gave me what would you do in this situation questions which i nailed and they were impressed, but i was told by the mgr that she had five more people to interview but when i met the nurse and lpn they made it seem like no one else applied and they really liked me and wanted to hire me so what gives now what i'm confused

It's standard response. As employer panel, we have to review your responses and our impression of you the candidate. Then arrive at a consensus. If we decide you are not a suitable candidate, even if we like you, we'd readvetise the position.

I think you got the job. Give it time. If no call in two weeks, call her up. It's possible there was a tie up, and your call could be interpreted positively.

Sounds like it went well. im hoping you got the job, but if you dont, then dont let it discourage you, keep trying the more interview experience the better. fingers crossed......

When conducting an interview the employer doesnt want to give too much away in regards to first impressions so they will always say that they have more people to see or will be in touch in due course. Think about how they finished the interview and what exactly they said

Most of the time, they tell you that they have other interviews so they have time to check references, etc. Also, they may be required by their company to have a certain number of interviews--affirmative action stuff! Sounds like it went well though, Good luck.

yea, seems like applying one's self is passe

Don't be confused. Instead, follow up.

Though the interview went well, don't leave things to chance. Help yourself get the job by finishing the deal with a good follow up letter.

A good follow up letter should have at least the following elements:

1. A thank you
2. A review of what you liked about the job/company/managers
3. The top 3-5 things that you can do to be successful in the job (Punctual, trustworthy, reliable, strong customer service skills, etc.)

Hope this helps.
