Which is better??

I dont know which I want to do Im intrested in both...Psyhcologist or LPN(a Nurse)

Nurse...Shrinks are pieces of poo that have more problems than the people they are overpaid to help. Like cops that are picked on as kids...

psycologist

Psychologist

PsyCHologist...

Psychologist. I think it is less bloody and more interesting. Plus they get paid more.

An LPN takes less time to attain and will certainly use all your empathic skills.

Best wises to you!

you're interested in both? then just choose the one which would benefit you more.. atleast you have a choice.. unlike those who do not really know of what they want to do and those who want only one thing and they cannot choose a more beneficial field.. nwe, if you like, you can be a nurse first and while working as nurse you can study to be psychologist..=D gudluck!

A practice is psychology is quite lucrative and you can run your practice out of your home which has some nice tax benefits. Nursing is a wonderful profession, however you'll spend years cowtowing to the lead nurse on call, obnoxious orderlies, overbearing doctors and cantankerous patients. The hours are long and the benefits are few. If you do want to go into nursing, choose a speciality, such as pediatric nursing or oncology.

I think Psyhcologist, but LPN is a great career also

I'd take the nursing training, then if I wanted to explore Psychology some more, I'd have a profession and a good-paying job to finance more studies.

There are so many opportunities in nursing that you'll be able to shop around for a field you like. When you find that, and get settled... then it's no big deal to take one or two classes at night if you want to go for a degree.

Why don't you set up an appt. with a psychologist and a LPN (or RN) and let them talk to you about what they do and why they chose this as their profession. It might help you decide. A hospital might be a good place to start.
