Should I jump and become an LPN or become a Certified CNA First?

I MEAN I'VE HEARD IF I TAKE THE CNA PROGRAM I'LL GET MORE OF A FEEL IN THE NURSING FIELF AND A HEADS UP SHOULD I ?

I would recommend that if you have an interest in the nursing field, go for your LPN or RN. CNA, while a very needed service, doesn't really represent the nursing field. It's like sticking your toe in the water instead of diving in. I've known 3 people who chose CNA and have told me they wished they had just gone into nursing to begin with. Good luck in whichever you choose.

go for lpn if our really smart go for the RN they make pretty good money 30 dollars and up

Why wait, go all the way!
About getting the feel for it: B.S., if you are sure of what you want there is no reason to wait.

Do the CNA first most jobs in the nursing field will pay or help pay for school to advance your training and education. It will also tell if you can do the other job as well good luck

Let me give you the duties of all:
CNA...Do all the dirty work cleaning urine poop, vomit etc. lifting, pulling tugging, anything within there scope that the RN want them to do, transporting patients by wheel chair getting patients in/out wheel chairs even if they can not walk it is very heavy duty work. all Vitals signs Plus document in patients Charts, what all you did for patient. (Remember If you did not document it you did not do it.) and always report to your charge nurse, of any abnormal finding of patient ie not breathing elevated Blood pressure Fever
LPNs... Medications mostly. sometime charge depending on where you work. ie: Hospital, nursing home etc.Start I Vs, Assist CNAs document on Patients, Report to RN if anythin is abnormal with patients, ie fever, elevated Blood pressure etc.
RN..... Medications, Charge, Document patients care plans, Patient assessment (to determine if/or what patient needs ie :doctor, medications. Watch CNAs to make sure they do their job.

Neither. Become a RN. A lot of hospitals are shying away from LPN anyway.
