What options does LPN have in the workforce? |
JUST nursing homes??? I'm not certain, but there may be positions for the LPN at hospitals, doctor's offices and home health care agencies as well. Nursing homes, doctor's offices/clinics, and some smaller hospitals, but most hospitals are moving away from having LPNs on staff. |

I'm a retired LPN and I've worked in both. LPNs also work in drs. offices. Nursing homes usually have a much higher percentage of LPNs than RNs. Each state differs, but when I worked ... Salaries will of course vary depe... I would recommend that if you have an interest in the nursing field, go for your LPN or RN. CNA, while a very needed service, doesn't really represent the nursing field. It's like stick... Buy puppy chow. ...you should call the court house and they should tell you if there is one. ...I'm only 13 but i go to school with a couple of people who i hate as much as they hate me. they make-fun of people(teachers) and blame it all on me. the so called "nurses" that work ... Generally, a phlebotomist is certified for venipuncture to draw blood for testing samples or another procedure such as blood or plasma donation. To hang an IV means you would be administering medic... |
