LPN or CNA Program in Kansas CIty MO?

I have heard there is a program in California where you get your license for free and in turn have to work for usually a nursing home after certified. I was wanting to know if Missouri offered any program similar.

I'm not sure about Misssouri, but here in Wisconsin, I took a CNA course at a local assisted living facility for the cost of the physical, & the state certification testing. When I graduated, I went to work in a federally funded nursing home, so I got a rebate from the government. Check w/ local community colleges.
