Obtaining a LPN license on Colorado?

I've just relocated from Georgia to Colorado. My wife was working as an License Practical Nurse on Georgia. Her license is valid on the state of Georgia. Does anyone knows the procedure to get the license with the state of Colorado? Where does she apply? Does she need to take another test ? or is it just a fee?

Contact the board of nursing - she should be able to reciprocate her license there. She shouldn't have to take the test again, but she will have to pay an application fee.

Contact the offices of state department of health and human safety and ask about licence reciprosity perhaps it is just a fee. reaper out...............
