HI could someone please tell me the difference between an LVN Nurse and an LPN Nurse? |
Trying to get home work done here. Thanks LPN = Licensed Practical Nurse; LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse -- Both refer to a skilled nursing practitioner who is not a "Registered Nurse," but meets criteria exceeding a Nurse Aide or Nurse Assistant. Different state licensing boards use different terms to describe these standards. The P Their the same thing. In the south they are called LPN's. |
