I was raped by a gynecologist at Jai Medical Center in Baltimore, MD!?

It's been 1 year + and I am still devestated over it. He violated me by putting his finger in me, as if to exam me, but he started to turn pink and like having an orgasm. I was shocked! I am a grown woman, I never expected that to ever happen to me, and it did.
I reported to the police, and this woman hating inexperienced young gay b male cop
told me I was crazy. I confronted the nurse, she said she did not see anything unusal.But I felt it! It was wrong. No one believes me, I can wait till Karma gets the gynecologist rapist, but what can I do about this, I do not think he should get away with this, But this is so hard to proof. ( I have lots of gay male b friends) Please don't turn this into a sex/racist issue.

That's why I only use female doctors and think it should be illegal for doctors and patients to be of opposite sexes.

that is horrible you need to report until people belive you i know it will be hard to prove but he will do it again and get in trouble again and people will belive you just get a new gynecoligist

To be honest hun, firstly sorry for your experience, secondly don't you hear about that like all the time? I would NEVER trust a male doctor... and for good reason...
Find out where he lives and cause some damage in the middle of the night - make it look like young vandals not like a planned thing or there are a few other ways ;)
And stick to seeing a chick doctor!

I had a dislocated shoulder once and the doctor took it upon himself to unbutton my blouse and feel around without asking ... never trusted em since.... also had an experience like that with one of my previous bosses... have never accepted a ride home with a male colleague since... its not like they know how to keep their hands to themselves

First off I doubt you were with this cop long enough to tell he was gay, so don't call him gay.

However, that isn't the actual issue. If the MD did this to you, chances are he's done it to someone else. If you blow the whistle, others will usually come forward as well. Proof is the problem, but try another police officer, a female one may be best.

It is a gyno's job to stick their fingers up there. If he didn't stick anything else in you he didn't do anything else wrong. You didn't say he stuck his member in, you just mentioned the finger. Was that your first gyno experience?

This is a serious problem that you went through and I feel it is totally unacceptable. I believe that you can pursue some criminal and civil charges on this terrible act. I'm advising you to contact an attorney regarding this. Unfortunately it will not be considered rape. It will be a gross sexual imposition or molestation. You do have a case against the hospital and the individual and I believe you should pursue it. I can't believe that this still goes on today. I'm so sorry that this happened to you and I hope that you can get some closure over this terrible incidence.

I would say to stick with docs of the same sex, it is, for me, a requirement that any doctor I see be female for this very reason.

Secondly, try reporting to the cops again, and if they don't listen, the media will, and once the media is involved, others will see this doctor's name and step up, at that point the cops won't be able to ignore it!
