I can't think of the artist or song title but I can picture the video... can you help?

It was a song from either 2004 or 2005. (Maybe even 2006) I remember it played on MTV and MTV2. (If you can believe they still play music videos)
The video was a cartoon and it was a male group. In the video this guy gets with a nurse to get drugs, goes back to his apartment with her, and he ends up in heaven where he's not allowed in. At the end he's in a parking lot full of cars and it's raining.
Not very good details, I know... but I desparately am trying to figure out the group name and the song title. I want to say it's "Save Me" or something along those lines but I'm just not sure.
