He's having an affair?

A male doctor is having an affair with a female nurse. People know he is having an affair with the nurse. People do not want to tell his wife, a female doctor. When the wife found out and she was the last one to find out. She filed for a divorce. She is angry that no one told her about the affair.

How come no one wants to tell her?

I am sure they wanted to but if these are colleges they may have been scared to lose there jobs. That is very obvious. It's a scary unemployable world out there

Because people never want to be the bearer of bad news. If you tell someone directly involved with the situation like this, in this case the male doctor's wife, then suddenly you, the person who was nice enough to inform her of what was going on, are going to get stuck in the middle and somehow end up being marked as the bad guy. She says she's angry and that someone should've told her... but she would've said things that she wouldn't have meant to those who did tell her and she would've been saying horrible things out of emotion. These kind of things are always uncomfortable. No one wants to be the one to tell someone else about something so hurtful and private.

People don't like to butt into such an intense situation-I found that out the hard way myself years ago.

A number of reasons. The staff undoubtedly has met said wife and do not want to bear the burden of relaying such a life altering confession. The staff works for said husband and nurse and do not want to affect their job security. And lastly affairs don't last forever, the people knew that the time would come that she would find out.

No one wanted to get involved in this sordid affair and who can blame them? The wife is angry at the wrong people. The person- her husband- that should of told her didn't.

would you want to be the one to deliver that news the person either 1 does not belive you or 2 hates you for not telling sooner

probably because she would take out on them.....most people just do NOT want to get involved...and THEY SHOULD. i would want to know....and soon as possible.it makes the wife look like a fool...which she is NOT....glad she threw the bum out.
