Did Adam breast feed Eve?

Men have the male and female chromosome and the female only has the female chromosome. So men contain both male and female. The story goes that Eve was taken from Adam's rib. Could this mean that his rib was removed so Eve could be born like a cesarean birth and did he use the now dorment male breast to nurse her?

No, she was made an adult female just as Adam was made an adult male.

The male chromosome is inferior to the female chromosome, as it lacks one of the legs of the "X". So, females have more genetic information and also generally don't get sex-linked diseases, like male pattern baldness.

The rib was taken out and not replaced. God made Eve separately, using the rib from the genetically inferior male. As Adam and Eve were both created as adults, there was no infanthood and no nursing.

But I must admit, this is a bizarrely creative variant of the Adam/Eve story and I appreciate a new view, even if it's fairly off the mark.
