Betta Breeding?

Ok my female has laid her eggs and the male is nursing them under the styrafoam cup. Now she hasen't finished laying her eggs because I can still see the white egg between her two fins. Shoul I leave her in the tank until she's lays all of her eggs? Or should take her out because the male keeps chaisng her away when ever she comes by him.

You should remove her as they are done if he is chasing her away.
