Have been in hospital a few times but yet to tick that achievement from my list!! I have been naughty with myself whilst in hospital though ....does that count! ha ha

I have never had a sexual encounter with a patient in the hospital. I have with another employee

My understanding is that if a registered health professional has sexual relations with a patient while in their care, that would very likely result in the loss of their license and possibly criminal charges of sexual assault or rape. Patients are sometimes considered incompetent to make decisions.

Patient/caregiver relations are a very bad idea. The caregiver is in a position of power and therefore may be able to exert influence on the patient to do things they wouldn't ordinarily do. This is a line that should never be crossed. Health care providers having sex with with patients is something that just shouldn't happen.

If you know of a health care professional who is sexually abusing a patient, reporting it to the police is recommended. Have their license revoked and their punishment served.

Never had it happened but have had a fanticy a time or two, Why do you have a uniform?

well i have been very close to to it , , it was at sea in 1968 , we had just left south Africa , and i was taken to the surgery , with acute appentacitous i was in the ships hospital for 13 days , and their was this night nurse , and when you arethe only patient in their , you get to now each other , , and no one around around , also we had been at sea for seven months , well i do not need to tell you what two and two make , we got to like each other , and at night , she would come and lay on my bed , and all i did was give her cuddles and hugs , i know it could of gone futher , but i also knew that it was her last trip at sea , and she was going to get married , so that is as far as it went , , she now has 3 grown up children live in the u.k , and her family , and husband , still write to me , you ask how it went down , well it would of been so easy to have a sexual affair with her , , but that is not the way i wanted it to be , i wanted to make love to this person , not have a one night stand with her ,

No......I have only had to stay in a hospital once (knock on wood) and I wasn't in any shape to even think about it!! It wouldn't have happened anyway....and I would have been disgusted if someone came onto me in there!! I would probably have reported it!!
