Why is my fixed male cat mothering my 2 younger females?

he is bringing them food giveing them baths trying to nurse them the mother thing i hand made them collars with bells allover them and he doesnt like them so he keeps trying to pull the bells off why?

It's because he loves them. Adult cats frequently will mother younger cats, teaching them all the cat stuff they need to learn. It's sweet.

Bringing them kibble is the domestic cat equivalent to bring them a dead mouse. In the wild mother cats start bring the babies dead prey, then work up to stunned and then live so the kittens can learn to kill their food.

Also cats generally don't like bells on collars. They can't sneak up on their prey if they make noise. Your male is trying to help the younger cats be quiet so they can successfully catch prey.

I know your cats don't need to hunt for food, but deep down the instinct is still there.
