Annotated Bibliography?

I am required to write an annotated bibliography in APA style for one of my classes. I have all my sources, but the exact way each one goes is very confusing to me! Can someone help?
This is a 2500 word essay: My thesis is: There are many reasons why the percentage of male nurses have remained significantly low, and for these reasons nursing has maintained the image of femininity, which has resulted in fewer male nurses. Like I said, I have a ton of sources, but as far as the annontated bibliography APA style and where it is placed in my essay...after title page, does it have to have a running header and page number, and when I have to have a reference page, which goes at the end of the essay, what is the purpose of the annotated bibliography?

Reference List: Basic Rules
Your reference list should appear at the end of your paper. It provides the information necessary for a reader to locate and retrieve any source you cite in the body of the paper. Each source you cite in the paper must appear in your reference list; likewise, each entry in the reference list must be cited in your text.

Your references should begin on a new page separate from the text of the essay; label this page References (with no quotation marks, underlining, etc.), centered at the top of the page. It should be double-spaced just like the rest of your essay.

An annotated bibliography just simply tells your professor what you got from the sources. Kinda like a short summary of your source.

Just cite them like you would regularly cite APA but just summarize it under.
