How to save my sister from a corrupted hospital?

My sister is working in a hospital from last one year. The head that is the doctor and manager both are friends and they are taking out all the male nurse and keeping the nurse (female).
The manager sits with the nurses in the closed door and in reply he gives them money, and when we went to take her from the hospital she said i will not come that is because he might have said her something. The doctor also said we will not leave her until her mother or father comes but her parents are in South India and it is not possible for them to come soon, i am her brother. What to do?

This is what I love about America. Women can do what they want without the family being involved. Just because she doesn't want to come doesn't mean the manager has said something to her. Maybe she is thinking for herself and wants to do something with her life. You take care of your parents. You are the man.

is she a nurse or a patient? If its a nurse, most nurses here are female, and male ones get picked on. In this kind of situation unless she is being harressed or threatened, she must give her consent to terminate the position. If its a patient under the age of 18, she cannot be released without direct consent from a parent or legal(meaning has custody) gaurdian. If shes a patient over 18, she is the only one who can consent release before recommended by a doctor, unless she is mental incapable of doing so herself, in which case she would have a legal gaurdian.
