What duties, skills, and responsibilities are most common for a pediatric medical/surgical nurse? |
I have to choose to take a new grad position in Peds med/surg/rehab or an ICU step down. I'm stuck. Any advice or insight is great. thanks For experience I would take the step down unit job. A nurse with ICU experience is highly recommended and helps when transferring into another position. both of them seem like they both would be in a critical care area. |
