Need help on possible interview questions? |
Hi, ive just applied for a job on a neonatal ward and by luck i have an interview. i do have all the relevant qualifications (nursery nursing) but i was just wondering if anybody knew what kind of questions i might be asked. im very interested yet so oblivious as what i may be in for. all answers appreciated. I am female by the way im on boyfriends account. not that it matters. I don't know specifically about the interviewing process for nursing positions, but something I've seen becoming more and more popular in interviews is Behavioral Interviewing. Instead of asking you questions like "What would you do when ......" , or "Can you suggest a way to handle ....." , Behavioural Interviewing asks "Tell me about a time when ........". The questions are designed to determine if you have particular skill sets based on examples of what you've done and how you've handled situations in the past. Yes most of these type of jobs ask senarios type questions. |
