I want to volunteer in the NICU at my city's hospital?

I'd really like to volunteer in that department because I plan to be a Neonatal Nurse in the future. However I'm only 15. Do I have to be older?

You probably do need to be older and will require some training. Contact the hospital and find out what opportunities there are for interning or volunteering. They might have you start out with the healthy babies first.
