We are having our IR and we are required to pass a research work with regards to nursing profession, health status, endemic or epidemic diseases, (any health related topics) examples are:
NEONATAL CARE RENDERED BY MOTHERS
EFFECTIVENESS OF SUCH DRUG TO SUCH DISEASES
MATERNAL CARE RENDERED TO.......
AN UNDERSTANDING OF COMPETENCIES OF.....
etc.....

A great one is to do a report on shortages in the health care industry mainly focusing on the nursing shortages.

You can talk about how professionals say that there is a lack of interest. They spend a TON of bucks in recruit drives. But its not the lack of interest in nursing. There is a HUGE amount of people out there trying to get into nursing but not enough classes to support it. One year ago, the wait list at my community college was over 800 just to get into the nursing program. Instead of focusing our time on recruiting, we should try to actually get them in school.
