What do you need to do to become a pediatric or neonatal nurse? |
What do you need to do to become a pediatric or neonatal nurse? Well, first off all you need to go get your BS in Nursing so you can have the skills and education to take the Board Exam. It also depends on which state you are in of course. After that you can have work experience in those areas and specialization. It'll be up to you where you would want to specialize in. First you need your RN, specialties are taught thereafter. First you need your RN which you can get that in college I agree with everyone here. You have bigger questions to answer first. Specializing is NEVER an issue. You can go practically anywhere you want in the nursing field. |
