Whats the difference betwen a neonatal nurse and a neonatologist?

The nurse works in the neonatal intensive care unit, where the neonatologist will assist with high risk deliveries.

A neonatal nurse is a nurse, a neonatologist is a doctor. The difference... years of schooling. Don't id yourself though a lot of neonatal nurses know what they are doing... they care for the patients one on one their whole shift!
