What benefits do neonatal nurses have?

What benefits do neonatal nurses have?

if you mean medical or financial benefits, it depends on what hospital they work at and whether or not they are unionized and how good that union is. but they also get emotional and spiritual benefits from seeing the babies they take care of get better. if they get better.

They are experienced to deal with a wider range of possible problems for mother and child

the same benefits other nurses have.... if they are full time status. medical denatla, paid time off, pension. etc.

unless you are talking about the benefit of working with teeny tiny babies all day
