I need to finda privacy lawyer. a nurse talked to my pharmacist about my life & she did not even call in a rx?

i know she did not care 4 me because I have to call the dr. all the time to refill my diazepam & oxycodone, and as you all know Dr's do not want to to give any narcotics to anyone it is always a fight.. So I got into it with her so I was only suppose to call and leave message for Dr.Dr does not work on Fridays so I told them please have another Dr call it in. So instead of calling me or have another person in the clinic call me she called the pharmacist. Do I have a case?

So you need a lawyer
Ok try this

This is really good.
Try once. Just fill the form and they will contact you within 24hrs.(No credit card required in form filling)

The pharmacist is not supposed to talk about anything they hear at work with any outside persons. Its confidential. You probably cant sue in this case unless the pharmacist repeated what was said to people who dont work in his office. Then you may have a case if you have witnesses.

Yes you have a case. If you don't know your Legal Rights you don't have any. Try the site below and watch the movie. This will get you access to a TOP Law Firm in your State, which will save you time and money.

its hard to say if you do...what did she tell the pharmacist? was it anything that was out of context and didnt pertain to your medical history? If not then no you dont have case...what i do suggest is that you ask to deal with another nurse ....if you have to go through them to get to the Doctor...just keep her out of the loop....

in a nutshell.......no you don't have a case.
