IF THEY FOUND SUMTHNG BAD ON ONE OF MY TESTS. LIKE cancer. Would they have me call the triage nurse?? |
I'm 25 years old....Female....Sooo worried!!! Help!!!!! My doctor's office has a triage nurse and sometimes I speak with him/her instead of the doctor. The traige nurse would be able to explain the results of your tests and answer any questions you may have over the phone. If it were cancer, they would have probably called you to come in for another appointment. What were the symptoms you went in with? If you are calling the triage nurse, I am assuming you are calling the hospital ER? News like cancer would not be told to you by a nurse, it would be by a doctor, most likely your primary care doctor. |
