Can i work in America as a nurse and as a call center agent in other company?

what gives more advatage? working as a nurse? or as acall center agent?

Yes, there is no law stating you can't work for other companies or "moonlight"

Just remember that nursing is usually swing shift and that call centers more often than not have the same type of swing shifts and mandatory over time to reach goals so they may not be the best two jobs to mix.

The only time you can run into issues is if you are contractually obligated in one shape or form but in most states employment is at will and an employeer cant legally force you into one thing or another unless you agree to a contract that is binding.

A nurse makes more. If you can manage the hours, both places know of you working for the other, and there is no problem from either one, go for it.

You can work for both companies-there are no leagal issues there, but there could be scheduling issues. As long as you could work that out, you should be ok.
