Who do i call about a bad nurse ?

Ihave latex allergy,one nurse at the hospital has touched me 3 times with latex gloves Ive have told her not to but she still does it who can i call

The hospital management. This really should not happen. I don't think this nurse should be a nurse!!! Why would she use latex gloves when in your patient records Latex should be under allergies?

call the nursing supervisor. if that doesn't work, keep calling higher people. most hospital staffs are very strict on proper conduct, especially when it involves an allergy
