What do you call a nurse that is being transfered to a different state?

A nurse that is transfering say from Texas, to a different state, what do they call that? I can't think of the phrase.

It would depend ... for example, if her given name was Rebecca, I would call her Rebecca. If her given name was Lucy, I would call her Lucy. Etc. Ad infinitum. ; )

Lucky! Especially if she's getting transferred to a nicer place, like Hawaii!
