Calling all uk operating theatre nurses!!what does anyone think of this so called "dual role"?

I have an interview and apparently it is one of the questions that has to be debated so can anyone shed light on the subject????I think its called the "advanced scrub practitioner role"????and what exactly does it mean to a theatre nurse?

well a theatre nurse is common on broadway. whenever there is a scuffle in the audience, they usually apply band-aids and stitches...

they sometimes act as stunt doubles for any roles involving medical workers...
