Is it ok to take darvocet with celexa?

genereal nurse practitioner prescribed me darvocet for absesced tooth, is it ok to take it with celexa?

Yes.

The two are not contraindicated.

It's fine to take them both.

Hope you feel better soon!

If in doubt, call the pharmacist and ask, they know all about drugs and drug interactions.

I have no idea sweets, did you tell the nurse you were on celexa? If so, then I guess it's OK if not then I would phone your doctor to be sure. A lot of meds interact with SSRI's. I take celexa too and i'm always careful about what I take with them. Check that the drug is not on the contra-indications on the leaflet with your celexa first.

But I'd get a professional opinion.
