I'm on the pill. My boyfriend came.... what do I do? |
Like I just started taking the pill last wednesday. My Nurse Practitioner started me that day even though it had nothing to do with my period. she wanted to change my cycle. I had taken Nine pills as of yesterday. And he was messing around (I told himt o put a condom on before he came) and then he stopped and we were talking and he was still in me and I was like "Well I think you should put a condom on and then you can finsiH ' and right as I said it he was liek "oh god..." and like kept going cause he was coming... I sound horribly uneducated. and I assure I"m not! I was just wondering if I was probably protected or if I should get Plan B? he said he would get it for me if I want. so iw as thinking maybe. thoughts? comments? Ok one thing is for sure though, just so everyone knows: My boyfriend would NOT leave me. He is in this probably more than I am! You're probably safe but to be sure get the mornin after pill. Keep taking your pills and don't worry. call the nurse practitioner. u were taking it for just over a week so u should be protected just swallow next time If it were me, I would get Plan B just to be sure. ya defintetly get plan B tell him u were just kidding... both of you will get out of it. You should be fine. You've been taking them long enough. Just keep taking them. No unless you started your pill on your period you are not protected as far as I know. However, you can take the emergency contraception pill and be more careful next time. Phone up your gp/nurse and explain. They will know what to do. You might have to take 2 packets of pills in a row. I cant remember how many pills you have to take before you are protected. I think its 7 but I wouldnt swear on it. Just phone up - better safe than sorry! You'll probably be alright, it is worrying though, been there!! Speak to your nurse or call nhs direct and they will tell you wether or not to go for the morning after pill. 0845 4647 is the number xxx if you play you will pay double protection Wait to see if you miss your period test then. Usually you are protected seven days into the course, but I would call a Planned Parenthood for good advice. In the meantime, consider adding a second line of defense to your pregnancy protection plan such as a spermicide you can put in way in advance of sexual relations. Call a pro and get the facts then decide. I wouldn't risk it for a second and you don't need the stress or worry of waiting, especially with the doc messing around with your cycle. You are a bit naive. im sure ur boyfriend didnt mind to put on a condom to be on the safe side. if he did then maybe he wanted a baby or just wanted to have better sex and if he did get u pregnant he wud just leave you....! you have nothing to worry about Stop worrying. If you're on the pill you're over 90% covered. The odds of a one off encounter leading to pregnancy are so miniscule they may as well be 0. ring nhs direct for advice 08454647 Defiantly take the morning after pill because you are not properly protected until you have been on the pill for at least 7 - 10 days your pregnant Next time take it up the BUM... then no harm done! your most likly to be ok BUT best to take the morning after pill and hold off the fun for another week or too lol morning after pill just incase if you started takin the pill at the start of your period then you definitely are protected, so dont worry, if not i'm not sure, you might be, you might not be depending on which pill you are on. i'd ring nhs direct 0845 46 47 to find out if you need the mroning after pill. peacex Take it in the wrong 'un next time. Comments? r we talking about sexual intercourse out of wedlock?? start thinking of names! |
