Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner or Accountant...what would you choose?

What job would you pick from the choices above and why?

I haven't ever done any of the jobs, but PA is definetely the best. Many HMO's use them like if they were doctors, and i think they are paid well.

Accounting seems pretty boring.
