Can A Nurse Practitioner Check A Person's Private Parts to make sure everything is ok or what's wrong?

Rules/laws vary by state, but generally speaking, a Nurse Practitioner can do most of the things an MD can do except surgery.

yes. They are pretty much a doctor, without being a doctor.

Yes. Nurse practitioners are generally very knowledgeable, and typically practice with MD's -- so if the NP runs into something odd they'll ask one of the MD's in the practice to have a look at you. Hope everything goes well.
