Home support/resident care attendant job?

Anybody's job is RCA or related. I think the program is about 7 months. Is it worth a career pursuing? How's the work load? Program advisor told me the workload is heavier than the nurses. Can anybody tell me something about this job, salary, overtimes?. Why you like it and why you don't. Thanx.

Yes it is a well paying and very rewarding career choice.
