How can i find info on moving to the uk?

i am a nurse in america and have a genuine interest in moving to london. does anyone have any info on relocating and a salary rates for the uk. also, any sites where i can speak to americans who have relocated.

It is difficult to obtain a work visa for the united kingdom. Some people use agencies to help them obtain jobs there so they can get a work visa. See websites below for info on living and working in the U.K. and applying for the appropriate visa.

Being a nurse is great, but I think you're currently being paid far more than you can earn here. Our nurses are made up of a huge amount of foreign nurses such as Philipinos who are willing to work for a lower (but legal) pay. I think as a doctor coming to London you would find it a lot easier. That said, we do have a lot of private hospitals and clinics who must have/need nurses. Look up 'Harley Street' or 'BUPA' and see (especially the latter) if they have details of their locations and vacancies.
