Simple career question.. Which would you do???

Which seems like a better option?

1) Physician Assistant- but you have to move 300 miles away to do this two year program and it does not start until August of 2009? Starting salary around 75K with bonuses here and there but no real potential to move up accept to proactice medicine as a extension of a physician.

2) Nurse- Which can be done locally with no move, program starts Jan 2009, and starting salary is around 45k with the ability to move up in many ways and or become a practicioner or CRNA.

3) Masters in either health or buisness administration- which will allow me to probably work as a administrator in a public health or medical program at a university. Potential to move up in high positions with retirment packages and such. expect 50k to start and can go up higher with each level of job advancement. This program can be done locally as well. Plus I could do it in another state where I have a newly retired COO of a medical school who can get me into that job eventually.

The third option I can start at any semester interval

Health administration. My friend was a long time RN and is now an administrator. Because of the nursing shortage, she was working 14 hours per day, 6 days per week (she was an ICU/trach nurse as well, which are in even more short supply). She's now a nursing administrator, makes great money and works a regular Monday-Friday shift. She said it was the best thing she ever did for herself.

Would not recommend PA. It's a lot of continuing ed and way too much liability.
Nurse is the most flexible in terms of types of specailties, most jobs, best for moving around the country. Nurses in some specailities earn $100k. And some states really pay high (like CA).
HCA has most status, but administration is way different than a care job.
