What's my best option now?

I have a B.S. and M.S. in Biology and can not find a decent job that pays a nice salary. I have contemplated a Ph.D. but my family is pushing me toward nursing school, due to the salary and extreme high demand. I dont know what to do but I need a solution!!

It boils down to what you really want to do. Would you be happy in a nursing job? With an MS in Biology you should be able to get a better paying job. Have you tried pharmaceutical companies or the government service? It does not matter if the pay is smaller as long as you like what you are doing.

Peace and blessings!

Do what you love even if it doesn't pay as much as you would like...ever heard the song "Between Angels and Insects" by Papa Roach? It makes some good points about working jobs we hate for crap we don't need...think things over about what you want.

hey totally agreed...see money is not ur final goal. u went for Biology because of your love for the subject. continue with determination in the field itself, the satisfaction u will get will be much more .and finally it pays to be determined sooner or later
