How to get a visiting visa going to Australia?

I met someone online from Australia, and i wanted to go there, would it be easy for me to get a visiting visa? i am single, working as a nurse, no relatives in australia, my salary wont be enough to pay my trip, which i think will be reflected in my bank account, is it possible that i can use my parents bank account, since they will be the one who will pay for the trip. How long does it take to get a visitig visa? like for days, weeks or months?thank you

See website below and read section under "Entry Requirements". You should be able to get an ETA visa with no problems. Links to site to get visa are in that paragraph.

depends what country you are from

long its just a visitor visa you want and not intending to stay you should be OK,but will depend on where your from
my husband is Canadian and he didn't have to show any bank accounts or anything to get a visitor visa
