Plz Help!!!!!?

I'm working in Government sector on a permanent job as a Nurse;with a good salary,but nearly no chance of promossion.Should i go to abroad i.e.,America for a good job opportunity?.I'm 26.Do give your opinion as i'm in a severe Dilemma.

America is a great place with literally limitless oportunity. A person with marketable and needed skills liek yourself would do well here. You can continue to persue education and work to any level you desire.
