Is international medical center, jeddah have a good management?how bout salary?overtime?accomodation?

i undergo interview and exam at international medical center at jeddah. i just want to know how much is the usual offer, is there a good accomodation and nursing management? is the hospital pay the overtime and on call? i just want to know if im choosing the best hospital in jeddah? tnx.
