Help please! Break Even Point?

I having problem with this assigment, please help
from the following assumptions:

the price of the service will be st at $65 p/visit.
one full time nurce can provide a maximum of 120 one hour visits per month.
if the agency hires the nurses the salary will be 4,000 and spending 10 per client
regarless of the mehod of sirvice or the number of nurses hired hte agency plan to charge 4,000 per month in indirect costs to visiting program.

Compute four annualized bep assuming 1) the service is contracted 2) on full time nurse is hired 3) 2 full time nurse are hired and 4) 3 full time nurses are hired. What are the 4 BEPs

It is pretty easy, but I have prepare a graph to show you how it works and to calculate. There is no provision to prepare graph here, very sorry. BEP and PERT are really easy, once you know the basics.
