I was offered a job as a nurse recruiter last Thurs. but have not heard back!? |
I went for the interview last Thurs. and was interview by the recruiting manager and her boss. They both loved me. After the interview, the recruiting manager sat down next to me and said "we definitely want you. Your base salary is this plus any commission you make. I will just check your references and you will soon be working for us." I do live 75 miles away from this job but am moving closer soon. I assured them that I would be prompt everyday. Why have I not heard back? She called my last boss who said great things about me and said that they definitely wanted to hire me. Is is too soon to worry? I wonder if the distance played a part? When I called back last Friday, the day after the interview, the secretary said that she was glad I was coming aboard. How did she know I was hired? That should be a good thing right? I sent a thank you letter that they should receive today. Am I being too anxious? When should I call them back? You posted this EXACT same question a few hours ago, and the answer is still the same. |
