Where in the world can i work for a good salary?

iam a 25 year old female cameroonian, im a nurse by proffession and have worked as a voluntry nurse in the hospitel for the past 2year and there is no prospects for intergration. i love my job, i have a passion for it what do i do. pls give me a solution to this

I know nurses in the US can make good money. A friend of mine was working as a traveling nurse for a few years. An agency would send him to a rural area or small town where they couldn't find enough qualified people for the hospital. He would work there for 6 months or so at a very high hourly rate while they paid his rent. He said it was lonely because he was always moving but allowed him to save up a lot of money in just a few years.

Can you leave Cameroon? You may be able to find work in a neighboring country, like Mali or Ghana. Just be aware there are many scams out there which offer jobs. If a potential employer asks you for money, it isn't legitimate. If you contact potential employers yourself (hospitals and well known aid providers), you will be able to know for sure.
Can you work for an international aid provider? (International Red Cross, UNESCO, Doctors Without Borders, etc?)
Take the NCLEX, if you can, so your nursing qualification can be internationally recognized.
